Remarks:

• The car rental fee includes the required fuel.
• The waiting time for guests is 15 minutes. If the waiting time limit is exceeded, an additional waiting fee of HK$100 will be charged for every 15 minutes. Failure to appear 60 minutes after the scheduled reception time may be considered a no-show, and the fees collected will not be refunded.
• The hourly rental service does not include bridge tolls, tunnel tolls, and parking fees.
• For hourly rental service from 11:00 p.m. to before 6:00 a.m. the next day, an additional service fee of HK$100 per hour will be charged.
• If a child seat is required, the usage fee is HK$100 per seat and must be notified at the time of reservation.
• In the event of any severe weather conditions, such as a black rainstorm warning or the hoisting of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, an additional charge of HK$200 per trip will be applied.
• ezgohk.com and its partners reserve the right of final decision regarding the relevant rules.

【Basic Fee】

• Including: car rental fee, fuel cost, driver service fee.
• Excluding: tunnel toll fee, carpark fee, overtime charge (same as hourly rate).

【Value-added Services】

• Irregular time (23:00-05:59) surcharges : an extra $100 per hour.
• Child car seat service : $100 per seat. Prior reservation required.

【Other Terms and Conditions】

• Any cancellation or amendment should be informed within the business hours (09:00-18:00) at least 24 hours before the starting time, and should be confirmed by our staff. No refund will be applicable for cancellation or amendment after the said deadline.
• For any waiting exceeded 60 minutes will define as no-show and no refund will be allowed.
• For usage under severe weather, when the HK Observatory issued a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher, $200 per trip will be applied. However, such arrangement should be subject to the weather and roads condition. If the service could not be provided finally, refund should be applied.
• Prices here are subject to change without prior notice.
• The service is provided by Vang Iek Auto Services Limited. The company reserves the right to alter and have sole discretion to all terms & conditions.
